My writing order is ‘On Hold’: what does that mean?

We aren’t able to look for a writer when your order is on hold. That’s because, at UK Essays, we must have all the relevant information before we can approach a writer. We would only ever place your order on hold if:

• there is important information missing or;
• it is not clear what it is you require us to complete.

These factors can impact the quality of the work and we wouldn’t want this to happen.

We do this to ensure that you receive the best possible work. Moreover, we always encourage you to provide the official guidelines and relevant information that your university provides you with. This allows us to ensure that you receive a model answer specific to what your university has requested.

Once the search for a writer has begun and you’ve received confirmation that a suitable one has come forwards and is able to help, we would then require a payment of 50% before we can ask them to begin.
